This lunch buffet is gluten free and our chefs prepare a variety of choices from the cuisines of India. The highlight of this lunch buffet is masala dosa crepe stuffed with seasoned potatoes and folded like a burrito. The menu is designed keeping in mind the principles of Ayurveda.

All you can eat brunch which is designed to tantalize your palate based on the five elements of cooking. These are ancient recipes which are used by our chefs to make delectable offerings of Seafood, Lamb, Chicken and Vegetables. Enjoy a delicious dessert for a perfect ending.
